Sping Football??
Do we care?? It's Nebraska, sure we want to know that Zac Lee will for sure be the starter at QB and we want to know the linebackers! Really, I say now that the crazy glue sniffer (Peterson) and his henchmen of change (Callahan @ company) are gone do we really care? Seriously, we know with Bo in charge that things are in good hands. Things are moving forward and are improving rapidly, because of that I can rest easily and wait for fall!

Big 12/How Far will they go?
Thought I'd take a look at the Big 12 teams and opposing players that me be a nemesis thus sending each of them home!
Kansas-replacing 5 NBA draft picks and to be a 3 seed is downright amazing! Watch for Ben Woodside (Summit League Player of the year) from NDSU and Da'Sean Butler of West Virginia to be a thorn in the Jayhawk side!! If they handle these 2 players they advance to the round of 16.
Oklahoma-Lets hope Blake Griffin has had his head healed and is ready to go! Trevor Booker stands in the way of the round of 16 if his inside game matches up with Griffin they will be bounced.
Mizzou-I say Utah St. advances over Marquette then watch out for the multiple sets the Aggies run along with Gary Wilkinson (17 pts per game).
Texas A&M-Stop Lee Cummard Sr. guard and Connecticut awaits!!
Oklahoma ST-This 4 guard system has got to shot lights out to meet Pitt in round 2! Slow the Vols running game down or NIGHT NIGHT!
Texas-Abrams must be hotter than 2 dollar pistol!! Inside presence will need to be huge against DUKE!!
Should any of these teams advance to the field of 16 we will take another look!! I say KU, MIZZOU, and OKLA will all be around then!!

Boys State Basketball and TO
The girls state bb tournament is history, some great games on Saturday. Don't forget all boys finals will air on ESPN Radio this Saturday. There are a lot of area teams headed down this weekend, who will do the best. Fire off your thoughts!

State Tournament Time
It's time for the state basketball tournaments in Lincoln. Girls this week and boys the next. Who from the area will be playing in the Devaney on Saturday? Should Franklin be at state and not Sandhills/Thedford? Should there be consolation games? Weigh in on these or any other topics. We look forward to hearing from you!
