No...not the Cowboys! It's Big 12 Media Days July 27th-29th. The Doug and Daddy Show will be live in Dallas to get you ready for the 2009 college football season....but you're already ready, right? What do you want to know? Fire off your questions to us, and we'll pass them along to the coaches and players from all 12 schools in Dallas. We are also filling out our preseason ballots. Who do you think will meet in the title game in Dallas this December. Who is the offensive player of the year....Sam Bradford? Colt McCoy? Someone else? Heading to Sunday the 5th of July did you give Andy Roddick a chance?? Really, you thunk in your heart of hearts he would slay the giant? He had tried 7 times before in Grand Slams and lost all 7. Why was this to be different? Roddick was 19-2 all time against Roger. Why did so many of us give him hope?? I cheered and wanted the American to come out on top! Maybe looking back we should appreciate seeing the Greatest of all time win another title? It was after all his 20th Grand Slam Final and 6th in a row. Federer became just the 3rd man in the last 40 years to win Wimbledon and the French in the same year joining Borg and Nadal. He served 50 aces on Sunday?? I know, it just feels like Roger is the Patriots! How long can he stay there?? Think Roddick feels like Karl Malone or Stockton? What does he have to do? Sampras considers him the greatest and at only 27 I have to be certain much more frustration lies ahead for Roddick. Perhaps the 3-6 4th was what had us on the edge of our seats and believing? Damn You, Andy!! Why do that to us??
