Simple and short gang. How can the biggest event in your sport not finish!?!?!?!?
I can think of no other "Major" event that would not have finished on Monday,etc. The Daytona 500.....the so-called "Super Bowl" of your sport.....whatever!!!

Doug, after yesterdays rant its obvious you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to NASCAR. CARS GOING ALMOST 200 MILES AN HOUR CANNOT BE DRIVEN IN THE RAIN. THERE IS NO TREAD ON THE TIRES OF THOSE CARS. THIS IS CALLED A SLICK. However, I would say this- START THE DAMN RACE ALREADY!!! IF THE PROGRAMMING STARTS AT 1:00 THEN THE RACE SHOULD START AT 2:00! NOT 2:45! IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THAT THE RACE WOULD HAVE FINISHED UNDER A CHECKERED FLAG.-JAKE IN SHELTON
